We had a great time painting the baby's bedroom a couple of weeks ago. The kids are very anxious for the baby to come; it has been fun doing little projects with them to prepare. They loved helping! This wonderful, bright red room (which was also striped black on the other walls not shown) took two coats of primer to cover, as well as two coats of paint. Good thing we had lots of little hands helping!!
This is our finished project...The kids also helped me paint the wooden circles which actually was a big help, and they turned out great! I painted the letters on, and here we have it! I had always wanted to hang the letters of the kids' names in their rooms, but those wooden letters are so expensive...this project only cost about $10 total, which I thought was pretty good!
So, the kids are ready...the room is ready...Danny just finished wrestling season...and I am definitely ready...We are ready to meet you, Baby!! Jadan's guess is March 5 and Danny guessed March 2 @ 11:05 PM...we'll find out soon!!
